Her career is built on a deep understanding of enrolment processes, compliance requirements, onboarding and implementation of new CRM’s (especially Funnel by Digistorm), and stakeholder engagement, developed through years of working closely with families, education agents, and school teams.

Before entering the education sector, Trish worked across small business sectors in business consulting and practice management, strengthening her ability to navigate complex systems, streamline processes, and address diverse stakeholder needs.

Today, she leads her own consultancy, partnering with schools to create strategic admissions plans, enhance operational workflows, and grow enrolments.
